One beauty product that I cannot live without is some good old mascara. It instantly opens up my tired pregnant eyes. I couldn't pick just one mascara though, so I've compiled my top three. I figure it's best to give a variety of brands from drug store to high end. They range in price from $7-$23.
The first and my most used mascara is by L'Oreal. L'Oreal's "Telescopic" mascara in carbon black is super affordable at $7 and is amazing at lash lengthening. It has a very flexible brush, much different from any other mascara brush applicator I've used. It is great for layering for a fuller look! I've found it cheapest here, but it can be purchased here as well. Ladies, I've stockpiled this mascara in fear of it being discontinued at some point...it's amazing! (Note: This mascara is also available in waterproof, which I'm not a fan of...who wants to spend 10 minutes trying to rub their makeup off at the end of the day?!).
My longest used mascara is Clinique's "High Impact" in black. I've been using this product since high school and it is great for volumizing and creating a fuller look. The L'Oreal Telescopic does however trump this mascara with creating length. This product retails for $16.50 and you can find this Clinique mascara here.
Lastly, I've grown fond of the Benefit's "They're Real" mascara. I didn't like this mascara after my first use, but found that it can work magic with applying a few coats. I mainly use this product for my bottom lashes because I've found that my other two mascaras start to run under my eyes. The Benefit mascara is the priciest product and is not an everyday use for me. You can find this product here. If you are a club member at Ulta, they are currently offering a 20% discount on everything, including prestige cosmetics, which rarely happens!
Enjoy, loves! Xoxo
